INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1.     Adults only to perform this task.

2.     Hold the Wrist Band Digital Watch with the watch face towards you and with both hands turn the wrist band inside out completely.

3.     With your thumb and index finger, gently twist the plastic cover on back of watch in the direction of the arrows. Refer to Picture 1. To open, gently twist the cover in a clockwise direction and lift up.

4.     Hold the Wrist Band Digital Watch with both hands and using your thumb firmly push the watch away from you and out of its metal holder.

5.     Locate the 3 small metal buttons on the right side of the Wrist Band Digital Watch. You will need a pointed instrument to set the date and time.      

6.     Only the top and bottom buttons will be needed to set the Date and Time. Refer to Picture 2.

7.     Firmly push A twice to activate Month mode, then push S to set watch to the current month.

8.     Then firmly push A again to activate Day mode. Push S to set watch to the current day.

9.     Then firmly push A again to activate Hour mode. Push S to set watch to the current hour. The watch is in 12-hour clock format. A stands for AM and P stands for PM.

10. Then firmly push A again to activate Minute mode. Push S to set watch to the current minute.

11. Firmly push A one last time when you finish setting up the watch.

12. If you push A again, the watch display will alternate between the time and date.

13. Press the S button to scroll through time, date and seconds.

14. When you are finished setting the time and date, take the wristband and hold it with the empty metal holder facing towards you.

15. With the watch face right side up, turn it around so that the back of the watch is facing towards you. 

16. Slide the watch face, with the back side still towards you, into the empty circle through the inside of the Wristband. Ensure that the watch is centred & positioned correctly.

17. Replace the cover on the back of the watch by aligning it on to the raised piece to ensure that it will lock correctly before twisting it in an anti-clockwise direction to lock.

18. Turn inside out again to wear.
