The last column:
Martini icon represents the PM which means drinking is usually done at night.

How to read the watch:
When the clock Icon and Martini Icon light, it means the time in PM, the first two columns represent hours and the last two columns reprsent minutes.
When the Sun Icon lights, the first column represented day and the last two columns represent date.
When the dollar icon lights 4 columns represent the year.
